It is contended that petitioner issued notice to the aforesaid respondents received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further contended that the petitioner is providing correct address of aforesaid respondents. Thus, the petitioner wants to correct the address of aforesaid respondents.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents returnable within four weeks.
