C.A.W. No. 581/2026 in Writ Petition No.4011/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 08.05.2026 The application is taken out by the petitioners to correct the address of Respondent Nos. 6(iv). It is contended that notice issued to respondent No. 6(iv) received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further contended that the petitioners are providing correct address of aforesaid respondent. Thus, the petitioners want to correct the address of aforesaid respondent in the cause title.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to aforesaid respondent returnable within four weeks .
