DATED : 10.03.2026 This is an application for the deletion of the name of petitioner No.38. It is the contention of the learned Counsel for the petitioner No.38 that she does not want to prosecute the cause along with other petitioners and wants to file a separate petition. The application is supported by an affidavit by the concerned petitioner No. 38, and who has been identified by her Counsel. We see no reason to disbelieve the contents.

In that view of the matter, the name of petitioner No.38 - Smt. M.Y. Kathane is removed from the array of parties in the present writ petition.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner No. 38 to file a fresh petition if in accordance with law. 4.

The application is disposed of.
