This is an application seeking amendment to the writ petition, the proposed amendment pertains to the addition of the Joint Commissioner and Vice-Chairman, Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Irvin Chowk, Amravati, as a party respondent and for challenging the invalidation of the caste claim of the petitioner. 2.

Even though the amendment application is filed after about four years, in view to do complete justice between the parties, the amendment application is allowed. The petitioner to amend the writ petition within two Shubham
