This is an application filed by the petitioner for speaking to minutes in respect of order dated 05.03.2026 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 7808/2023. 3.

It appears that in the order dated 05.03.2026, inadvertently, in paragraph 1 of the order the Appeal number is wrongly mentioned as 81/2021-22, whereas it should be Appeal No. 41/2021-22.

In vies of the above, the application is allowed. 5.

In paragraph no.1 of the order dated 05.03.2026, the appeal number be corrected as "Z.P. Appeal No. 41/2021-22" in place of "Z.P. Appeal No. 81/2021-22" 6.

Necessary correction be carried out in the order dated 05.03.2026 and the corrected order be uploaded. 7.

The application stands disposed of.
