DATE : 10.04.2026 By this application, the petitioner seeks permission to serve the respondent No.6 by way of substitute service by publishing notice in newspapers. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the respondent No.6 was earlier tried to be served through regular mode on the address which was mentioned in his sale-deed, however, the service was not effected. The petitioner also tried to serve the respondent No.6 on the address mentioned in the registered address before the trial Court. However, the service is not effected Prity

In view of the reasons mentioned in the civil application, permission is sought to serve the respondent No.6, by way of substitute service by paper publication. 4.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and submissions advanced, the application is allowed.

The petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent No.6 by way of paper publication by publishing notice in a widely circulated newspaper i.e. 'Lokmat' newspaper - Washim edition.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

Writ Petition No.8257/2025 List the petition after four weeks.

In the meantime, any application submitted by the petitioner for adjournment before the trial Court be considered favourably.
