By this application, the applicants/petitioners seeks permission to add 'Sub-Divisional Officer, Umred' as party respondent in the array of parties.

Considering the controversy involved being challenge to the orders passed under the Mamlatdars Courts Act, the civil application is allowed.

Applicants/Petitioners are permitted to make necessary amendment within a period of one week from today. 3.

In view of this, civil application is disposed of. WRIT PETITION NO.62 OF 2026 4.

After the Sub-Divisional Officer, Umred is added as party respondent, issue notice to the newly added respondent, returnable after two weeks.

Petitioner is permitted to serve newly added respondent by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service and file affidavit of service in that regard by next date.

6.

Interim relief to continue till then.
