No. 675/2026 in Writ Petition No.786/2026 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 27.03.2026 The civil application is filed by petitioner under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon Respondent by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to the respondent received back unserved with an endorsement that addressee left the residence and his whereabouts not known. As per petitioner, she tried her level best to search the address of respondent, however failed. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve respondent by way of paper publication circulated in daily newspaper "Punya Nagari".

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon respondent by publishing a notice in the newspaper as sought in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
