No. 680/2026 in Writ Petition No.560/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 17.04.2026 The civil application is filed by petitioner for permission to serve the respondent No.5 by way of paper publication and by way of speed post. It is contended that the notice issued to the respondent No.5 received back unserved. As per bailiff report, respondent No.5 was not available at office as well as at his house, hence returned. It is further contended that respondent No.5 is deliberately avoiding the service. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve respondent No.5 by way of paper publication and by way of Speed Post A/D.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Permission to serve aforesaid respondent No.5 by Speed Post is granted.

Necessary postage be provided.

Also, substituted service be effected upon respondent No.5 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Deshonnati" in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
