By this application, the applicant seeks amendment in his memorandum of petition to incorporate certain paragraphs in facts and grounds, so that the subsequent developments which occurred during the pendency of the suit be brought on record.

Although the learned counsel for the respondent has opposed the application, Considering the fact that the petition is not yet admitted and since the petitioner wants to place on record subsequent events which occurred in the proceedings of the civil suit, the application needs to be allowed in the interest of justice.

In view of this, the civil application is allowed. Applicant/Petitioner is permitted to carry out the necessary amendment within a period of one week from today. 5.

Accordingly, the civil application is disposed of. WRIT PETITION NO.3294 OF 2025 6.
