DATE : 23.03.2026 This is an application for permission to amend the petition to add other members of the Gram Panchayat as party respondents and also to add prayer clause as (1)(a). Since this application is filed even before issuance of notices, the civil application is allowed. 2.

Petitioner is permitted to add the other members as mentioned in para 3 of the application, as party respondents, by carrying out necessary amendments within a period of one week.

After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added respondents, returnable after three weeks.
