The present application is for amendment. The proposed amendment pertains to certain facts and filing of certain documents.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The amendment to be carried out within two working days from today.

After carrying out such amendment, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 01.04.2026. 5.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent No.1/ State.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner to file an affidavit of service in that regard before the returnable date. 9.

By way of ad-interim relief, we direct the respondent No.2 not to fill the post occupied by the petitioner by way of transfer or any other mode of appointment till further orders.
