No. 726/2026 in Writ Petition No.6147/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 27.03.2026 The application is taken out by the petitioner to amend the address of Respondent No.3 and to serve on its new address. It is contended that notice issued to Respondent No.3 received back unserved for want of correct address. The petitioner has provided correct address of Respondent No.3 in the application. Thus, the petitioners want to amend the address of Respondent No.3 and want to serve notice on new amended address.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter office to issue notice to Respondent No.3 returnable within four weeks.
