No. 728/2026 in Writ Petition No.6870/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 10.04.2026 The civil application is filed by petitioner for permission to serve the respondent No. 11 by way of paper publication. It is contended that the notice issued to the respondent No.11 received back unserved for want of correct address.

As per bailiff report respondent No.11 not residing on the given address since long. It is further contended that petitioner has tried his level best to search address of Respondent No. 11 but failed. Thus, the petitioner want to serve respondent No.11 by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon respondent No.11 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Matrubhumi" Yavatmal edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
