Writ Petition No.755/1998:

The learned Counsel for the petitioners has tendered across the bar a pursis stating therein that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. The settlement-deed to that effect is executed on 21/01/2025, which is annexed to the pursis as Annexure P-1. The learned Counsel for respondent No.2 does not dispute the aforesaid status. The same is taken on record.

In view of this development, nothing survives in the petition and, therefore, the petitioners wish to withdraw the same. Permission granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
