Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

2.

The present application is filed for speaking to the minutes. However, on perusal of the prayer, it is not clear what type of omission in the judgment is being pointed out. It is the contention of the petitioner that his right to challenge the termination order be kept open. 3.

In our considered opinion, as the order of the Caste Scrutiny Committee has already been set aside by this Court vide judgment dated 09.03.2026, there is no impediment to the petitioner to challenge his termination order independently.

4.

The application is rejected.
