For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay caused in bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 4 on record is hereby condoned. 4.

Since, the right to proceed against the legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 4 survives in favour of the petitioners hence, permission is granted to bring their names on record.
