No. 784/2026 in Writ Petition No.807/2026 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 10.04.2026 The civil application is filed by petitioner for permission to serve the respondent No. 3 by way of paper publication. It is contended that the notice issued to the aforesaid respondent received back unserved with with bailiff report that that respondent No.3 shifted to other place.
It is further contended that respondent No.3 is deliberately avoiding the service. Thus, the petitioner want to serve respondent No.3 by way of paper publication.
Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon respondent No.3 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Nav Bharat" in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
