C.A.W. No. 802/2026 in Writ Petition No. 5983/2019 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 22.04.2026 The application is taken out by the petitioner to correct the address of Respondent Nos.1 & 2. It is stated in the application that address of Respondent Nos.1 & 2 has been changed. Further the petitioner is providing corrected address of aforesaid respondents. Thus, the petitioner wants to correct the address of aforesaid respondents in the matter by making necessary amendment in the cause title. As per office note and directions in earlier order dated 14.02.2024, necessary amendment has not carried out by the petitioner. Now, the applicant again seek amendment to correct the address of Respondent Nos.1&2 to serve notice, mentioned in the application. The address given is new one than the earlier application for which permission to correct address was granted.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents returnable by four weeks.
