By this application, the petitioners seek amendment to the petition, so also by seeking oral leave, the petitioners want to add L-1 bidder as party respondent.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The petitioners are also permitted to add L-1 bidder as party respondent. Necessary amendments be carried out within one working day.

The civil application is disposed of.

WRIT PETITION NO. 1768 OF 2026 After carrying out necessary amendments, office to issue notice to the newly added respondent, returnable on 21.04.2026. 2.

The petitioners are permitted to serve the newly added respondent by private mode in addition to the regular mode of service
