By this application, the applicant is seeking amendment in the pleadings as well as in the prayer clause of the petition. He submitted that it would not change the nature of the proceeding, as he has already claimed the compensation by way of this writ petition and additionally, he wants to add the District Level Compensation Determination Committee on record, which is essential for the just decision of the case. Learned AGP and learned counsel for the respondent No.1 though objected, but accepted the contention that it would not change the nature of the proceeding. 3.
In view of that, and in view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the amendment application is allowed.

The applicant to carry out the amendment within two weeks. Amended copy be placed on record and be supplied to the respondents.

On amendment of the petition, the learned AGP waives notice for respondent No. 5.
