As stated in the application, the R. Nos.5, 7 could not be served for want of correct and detail address. Similarly, as per bailiff report R. No.8 could not be served for want of correct name. In the application, the petitioner has provided correct address and name of aforesaid respondents. Hence, the petitioner prays to substitute the addresses and names of aforesaid respondents.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.

Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents returnable by five weeks.
