By this Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 1124 days which is caused in filing the Application for setting aside the abetment and bringing legal heirs on record. As per the contention of the Petitioner that, on 10.03.2026 the query was made with the Company and at that time it was noticed that the names of the Directors have been changed and the present Applicants are the Directors and Shri Naresh Soni Director has expired. After knowledge immediately the Application was filed and there is no intentional delay on the part of the present Applicants, and therefore, delay be condoned.

Learned Counsel for the sole Respondent, has no objection for the same.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the delay of 1124 days is hereby condoned, abetment is set aside and the Petitioner is permitted to bring the legal heirs on record.
