This is an application for permission to deposit part of the award amount and extension of time to deposit the remaining amount.

In the application it is stated that out of total amount of Rs.79,43,749/-, the respondent No.3 has received Rs.58,91,690/-. The respondent No.3 wants to deposit this amount in this Court. Admittedly, the amount of Rs.79,43,749/- is without interest.

Further, the statement is made that the remaining amount, alongwith interest from the date of award till the date of deposit of the amount, will be deposited within six

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

The respondent No.3 is permitted to deposit Rs.58,91,960/- within one week from today.

7.

The balance amount, alongwith interest from the date of award till the date of deposit of the amount, shall be deposited within six months from today.

The civil application stands disposed of, accordingly.
