By this application, additional ground is sought to be incorporated that the respondent No.2 in the present petition, who is appellant before the Sub Divisional Officer, has expired on 31/10/2021 and as such, the impugned order dated 15/12/2021, which is passed in favour of dead person, is nullity.

Civil Application for amendment is allowed.

Amendment be carried out within a period of one week. Consequential amendment, reply or additional affidavit, if any, in response to the amendment be filed before 08/05/2026.
