8. It is contended that notice issued to aforesaid respondents received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further contended that the petitioner is providing correct address of aforesaid respondents. Thus, the petitioner wants to correct the address of aforesaid respondents.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents returnable within four weeks.

Writ Petition No. 3996/2025 :

As per office note, petitioner has not filed Civil Application for correct address of Respondent No.4.

Two weeks time is granted to file the same failing which matter be placed for dismissal against Respondent No.4.
