This is an application for amendment of the petition, the proposed amendment pertains to some factual aspects coupled with the some documents which were placed before the Scrutiny Committee however the same did not form of part of the writ petition.

In that view of the matter, for the reasons stated in the application the amendment is allowed. The learned counsel for petitioner to carry out the amendment within two working weeks from today and supply an amended copy to the the respondents.
