For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. 2.

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week from today. 3.

After carrying out the amendment, the office is directed to issue fresh notice to the respondent No.4, returnable one week thereafter. 4.

The petitioner is at liberty to serve the respondent by private mode in addition to regular mode and file an affidavit of service to that effect by next date.

It is made clear that if any work order is issued in pursuance of the fresh tender, the same shall be subject to the outcome of the present petition.

The petitioner is at liberty to participate in the fresh tender without prejudice to his rights.
