C.A.W.No. 946/2026 in Writ Petition No. 819/2026 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 20.04.2026 By this application, the counsel for petitioner prays for dispensing with documents which are under office objections i.e. objection No. 17(a) - dark/faint page Nos. 104, 107 to 110.

In the application, Petitioner undertakes that he will supply copies of aforesaid documents which are under objection, if Hon'ble Court directs. As per the petitioner matter is of urgent nature and considering the same, he has prayed for dispensing with documents which are under objection.

In view of the above, the application is allowed on a condition that the concerned Advocate shall supply typed/ legible pages which are under objections, if directed by the Hon'ble Court during the hearing.
