No. 961/2026 in Writ Petition No. 6449/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 20.04.2026 By this application, the counsel for petitioner prays for dispensing with document which is under office objection i.e. objection No. 17A - i.e. bank account statement. The petitioner in the application stated that the petitioner is not now rely on documents which are under objection.

Thus, petitioner has prayed for dispensing with documents which are under objection.

In view of the above, the application is allowed on a condition that the concerned Advocate shall supply typed/ legible pages which are under objections, if directed, by the Hon'ble Court during the hearing.
