APRIL 22, 2026 By this application, the applicants/ petitioners are seeking contempt action against respondent no.4 - Ganesh Makaram Rathod, In-charge Assistant Commissioner, Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Nagpur, for intentional and deliberate disobedience of this Court's order dated 10/4/2026.

2] The learned Counsel for the applicants pointed out that by order dated 10/4/2026, after considering the matter in detail, this Court directed that there shall be a stay to the orders dated 5/4/2026 and 6/4/2026 passed by respondent no.4.

3] The learned Counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 4/Nagpur Municipal Corporation submitted that due to a mistake of data operator, inadvertently, that communication was sent to the petitioners. Respondent no.4 shall file an affidavit to that extent by tomorrow.
