These applications are filed for condonation of delay, for setting aside abatement, and bringing legal heirs of the petitioner on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner died on 21.8.2024 whose legal heirs are residing at Pune who are not aware about pendency of this petition. Learned counsel submits that when he contacted, they approached him and filed these applications.

The respondents have no objection to these applications.

For the reasons mentioned in the applications, the applications are allowed and disposed of.

The delay is condoned. Abatement is set aside. .....2/-
