It is contended that vide order dated 13.08.2025 the notice issued to all the respondents, however some of the respondents have not been served yet, due to which the petitioner is facing hardship.

Thus, the petitioner wants to serve fresh notice to unserved respondents by way of Speed Post .

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Permission to serve unserved respondents by Speed Post is granted.

Necessary postage be provided, returnable within four weeks.
