In view of the order dated 06.04.2026 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Special Leave to Appeal(C) Nos. 1536115362/2025, we allow Civil Application 1055 of 2026 thereby direct the registry to disburse the amount to the applicants' bank accounts as per the chart filed at Document No.VIII, page no.43 of the application. 3.

Any dispute about the TDS will be considered at the time of final hearing as the petitioners undertake to take the responsibility and liability of TDS, if this Court finds it is the liability/responsibility of the petitioners.
