DATED : 06.05.2026 This is an application for intervention as respondent Nos. 5 and 6. It is stated in the application by the applicants herein that the proposed respondent Nos 5 and 6 are successful candidates and the outcome of the present petition will have a direct effect on them. It is therefore submitted that they have a subsisting interest in the subject matter of the petition.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner Shri Kshirsagar has no objection for the said application. 3.
In that view of the matter, civil application is allowed. The intervenors be added as respondent Nos. 5 and
6. Needless to mention that the said respondent Nos. 5 and 6 would be entitled to file an affidavit in reply.
