Present application is filed by the petitioners for grant of permission to amend the petition whereby the petitioners place on record subsequent events. The petitioners seeks permission to add paragraph No.13A and also add the prayer clause (iv) accordingly.

Though, application is opposed, for the reasons mentioned in the application, we are allowing the application. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 4.

The application stands disposed of.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 19.06.2026.

Ms. D. I. Charlewar, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Mr. V. M. Kulsange, learned Counsel waives service of notice for respondent Nos.3 and 4.

In view of Clause (iv) of the prayer clause, the petitioners seeking quashing and setting aside the order dated 24.04.2026, passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal, whereby it is informed to the petitioners that their academic session came to an end on 30.04.2026, therefore, their services would come to an end on 30.04.2026.

Our attention is drawn to the appointment orders dated 09.09.2024. The Condition No. 14 therein specifically provides that till the regular teacher get available and join the post, the services of the petitioners would continue and their services would come to an end automatically if regular employee join the post. In spite of this terms and condition, the impugned order dated 24.04.2026 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal is contrary to their own appointment order. The petitioners have not

3 948-wp3601.2026 given any opportunity of hearing nor any notice issued to them.

As such, the impugned Communication dated 24.04.2026 is hereby stayed. The petitioners to continue on the post which they are holding on contractual basis as per Condition No.14 till regular employee is available and join the post.

So far as other reliefs are concerned i.e. regularization the services of the petitioners, it will be heard finally in the month of June 2026.

List the matter on 19.06.2026.
