This is an application for speaking to the minutes with respect to the Judgment-order dated 10/4/2026 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 7421/2022.

The learned Counsel for Petitioners points us out that in paragraph No. 3 there is a typographical error regarding the date of transfer from non grant-in-aid post to grant-in-aid post. The date is inadvertently mentioned as '26/6/2028', while it should be '26/6/2018'. Therefore, the date appearing in paragraph No.3 of the aforesaid Judgment as '26/6/2028' is corrected as '26/6/2018'.

Likewise, in the operative part of the aforesaid Judgement-order, and more particularly, in clause - (ii) the date appearing from '26/6/2018 till 28/9/2021' is corrected as

Necessary corrections be carried out and corrected order be uploaded on the website.
