11. It is stated in the application that notice issued to aforesaid respondents received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that the counsel for petitioner is providing correct address of aforesaid respondents. Thus, wants to correct the address of aforesaid respondents.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents returnable within four weeks.
