C.A.W. No. 1166/2026 in Writ Petition No.5706/2022 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 10.06.2026 The application is taken out by the petitioners to correct the address of Respondent No.2. It is stated in the application that notice issued to respondent No.2 received back unserved with bailiff report that not mentioned particular section of General Manager, WCL, Nagpur. It is further stated in the application that the petitioners are providing correct address of respondent No.2. Thus, the petitioner wants to correct the address of respondent No.2 in the cause title.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent returnable within four weeks.
