This is an application filed by the respondent-wife for withdrawal of the amount of interim maintenance, which is deposited by the petitioner-husband in this Court. 2.
It is pointed out that the writ petition between the parties has already been disposed of by the Judgment dated 24.03.2026 and the amount of interim maintenance, which was directed to be deposited in this Court is still lying deposited. The respondent-wife therefore, seeks withdrawal of the said maintenance amount alongwith accrued interest.

Advocate Mr. Gandhi, learned counsel for the petitioner does not oppose the application, however, he submits that the respondent-wife is attempting to delay the proceedings before the Family Court, Nagpur.

Be that as it may, the amount of interim maintenance alongwith accrued interest which is deposited in this Court, need to be permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent-wife.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, the civil application is allowed. Respondent-wife is permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amount of maintenance along with accrued interest.

Parties are directed to take steps for expeditious disposal of Hindu Marriage Petition No.A-1377/2021 without seeking unnecessary adjournments.
