The present application is filed seeking extension of interim order dated 07.01.2013 passed in Writ Petition No.6346 of 2012, which is dismissed by this Court vide order dated 04.05.2026.

The petitioners have suffered an order of eviction under Section 120 of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region) Act, 1958. The case of the petitioners with respect to inheritance of tenancy rights is rejected all throughout and the said order is confirmed by this Court. The respondents which is an education trust has a certificate of exemption issued in its favour, by virtue of which provisions of the Tenancy Act are not applicable to it. Application for issuance of purchase certificate in favour of the original tenant-grandfather was rejected on this ground.

In view of the aforesaid, there no reason to extend the interim order after dismissal of the petition. Application is rejected.
