This is an application filed by the applicant/original respondent No.3 for recall/modification of the order dated 04.05.2026 and for grant of ad-interim protection.

The only ground raised in the application is that, without hearing the applicant, the order came to be passed. After going through the order dated 04.05.2026, it appears that, this Court has not decided the matter on merits. There are only directions issued to the Authority to decide the representation filed by the petitioners and which was not decided by the respondent Authority. 3.

In that view of the matter, no modification is required. 4.
