Learned advocate for the petitioners tenders across the bar civil application seeking directions to respondent Nos.13 and 14 to take into consideration the new Gat numbers while considering order dated 10.04.2026 passed by this Court in Civil Application (CAW) No.471 of 2026. This Court had earlier passed an interim order dated 01.10.2025 thereby granting stay to the order passed by the learned Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, which is impugned in the present petition. However, vide order dated 10.04.2026, the said order was modified directing that the same will not be applicable to the case of Shri Bharatsingh Natthusingh Rajput with respect to land bearing Survey No.8/2-A and Survey No.13/1-A.

The learned advocate points out that since then Survey No.13/1-A is renumbered as Gat No.51 and Survey No.8/2-A is renumbered as Gat No.24.

In view of the aforesaid it is directed that the impugned order dated 01.10.2025 shall not be applicable to the case of Shri Bharatsingh Natthusingh Rajput with respect to land bearing Gat Nos.51 and 24 situated at Village Lamkani, Tahsil Akot and District Akola. WRIT PETITION NO.5843 OF 2025 4.
Learned advocate for the petitioners seeks leave to make correction in paragraph 7-A of the petition in order to correct Survey No.8/2 as Survey No.8/2-A and to add Gat No.169 in paragraph 7-B of the petition. 5.
Leave is granted. Necessary correction be carried out forthwith.
