The learned advocate for the petitioner/applicant states that out of amount of Rs.69,93,948/-, an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- will be deposited with the learned District Court before 19.06.2026 and that the balance amount of Rs.49,93,948/- will be deposited positively on or before 18.07.2026. Time for depositing the amount is accordingly extended till 18.07.2026 by way of last chance.

As regards solvent surety for amount of Rs.2,56,03,721/-, the learned advocate states that the same will be positively furnished on or before 30.07.2026. Time for furnishing solvent surety is also extended by way of last chance till 18.07.2026.

In the event, the amount is not deposited or solvent surety is not furnished as directed vide judgment dated 08.05.2026 on or before 18.07.2026, the award will become enforceable from 19.07.2026.
