By the present application, respondent Nos.1 and 2/original claimants seek permission to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited by the appellant pursuant to the judgment and award dated 02/11/2023 passed in M.A.C.P. No.141/2019 by the learned Member, M.A.C.T., Akola.

For the reasons stated in the application, respondent Nos.1 and 2/original claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation falling to their respective shares upon furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 04.
