Heard Mr. N.G. Moharir, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. G.S. Umale, learned A.G.P. for non-applicant Nos.6 to 8. Mr. Tariq Zaheer, learned Counsel makes a statement that he has instructions to appear on behalf of non-applicant Nos.1 to 5 and undertakes to file Vakalatnama within a period of two weeks from today. He has also raised no objection for extension of four weeks' time for depositing the award amount before this Court. 02.

Accordingly, four weeks' time is granted to deposit the entire decretal amount before this Court in terms of the judgment and award dated 16/05/2025 passed in Case No.116/AMT/AKL/2018. 03.

Accordingly, the civil application stands disposed of. First Appeal St. No.22448/2025:

With the consent of the parties, stand over to 08/06/2026. 02.
