This is an application for amendment in the cause title. In paragraph 2 thereof, the applicant has stated that his name has changed from "M/s Siera Land Developers Pvt. Ltd." to "Integra Realities Private Limited". He, therefore, prays to amend the appeal memo accordingly.

Non-applicant/respondent No. 1 - Maharashtra Airport Development Corporation Ltd. filed its reply and opposed the contentions made in the said application, stating that such an exercise cannot be permitted at this stage.

However, for the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos. 2 and 4 of the application, the Civil Application is allowed. The applicant shall carry out the necessary amendment within two working weeks from today and supply the amended memo of appeal to the respondents.
