By this Application, the Respondent No.2 seeks substitution of area of agricultural land in paragraph No.3 of the Judgment dated 6/10/2025 passed by this Court in First Appeal No. 579/2010.

During the course of hearing it is pointed out that the Claimant herein has filed two proceedings in the land acquisition proceeding for different lands and due to that there is no proper enclosure of the documents along with the Appeal Memo on the part of the Appellant, and therefore, proper facts are not recorded in the final Judgment of this Court.

In view of this, Appellant is directed to file affidavit stating therein the chronology of the events in the matter and the
2/2 42.caf.415.2026 in fa.579.2010.odt factual error which is taken place in the matter while recording submission of parties.

So also the office is directed to verify the correct case numbers of the land acquisition proceedings against which present Appeal was filed by the Appellant in the matter. 5.
The Office and the Registry to take note of the fact that hereinafter while listing the matter for final hearing, along with the paper book, original Appeal Memo with copy of impugned Judgment filed by the Appellant should be kept on record in every matter, so that such type of mistake will not happen in future by this Court or any other Bench of this Court. 6.
List the matter on 16th February, 2026.
