Heard the learned Advocate for the Claimants, the learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body and the leaned A.G.P. for the State. 2.
This is an Application for permission to withdraw the remaining amount deposited by the Acquiring Body along with interest accrued thereon in the disposed of First Appeal. The Appeal was filed by the Acquiring Body which came to be finally decided on 12.11.2025. The Appellant had deposited 75% of the amount under the Award. Out of the same, the Claimants were permitted to withdraw certain amount. In this view of the matter, the Claimants are permitted to withdraw the remaining amount along with interest accrued thereon after following due procedure. Application stands disposed of. (NEERAJ P.
