By the present application, the non-applicants/original claimant nos.1 to 3 seeks permission to withdraw the entire amount of compensation awarded under the judgment and award dated 15.4.2024 in MACP No.1130/2018 by the learned Member, MACT, Nagpur. Indeed, on 23/09/2025, this Court passed an order on CA No.3361/2025 and granted stay to the effect, operation and impugned judgment and award on depositing entire decretal amount before this Court. It appears that in pursuance of the said award, the appellant-Insurance Company has deposited the entire amount of compensation of Rs.37,37,389/- along with accrued interest thereon. 2.

The non-applicant nos.1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw the share of the compensation to the extent of 75% on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial)of this Court. Accordingly, Civil Application No.597/2026 is allowed and disposed of.
